Insurance
If you have Insurance, we offer a complimentary benefits check for you, to see exactly what kind of insurance coverage you have. No surprises. We file the paperwork for you.
*Personal Injury Cases are typically no out of pocket expense for patient.
Cash Patients/Self Pay
We offer affordable cash fees, as well, getting 20 years experience. Dr. King also works closely with your Physician if necessary to make sure you are getting the best treatment available.
We do our best to get you feeling better as fast as possible and out of our office back to enjoying life.
