1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using backsmarthealth.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our posted privacy materials. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

3. No Emergency or Crisis Use
Do not use the Site, email, text messaging, or web forms for emergencies, urgent symptoms, or crisis communications. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
4. No Provider–Patient Relationship Through Browsing Alone
Viewing the Site, submitting a general inquiry, or downloading educational material does not by itself create a provider–patient relationship. A provider–patient relationship is created only when Backsmart Health Chiropractic agrees to provide care and the patient completes the clinic’s intake and consent process.

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, designs, layouts, videos, downloads, and compiled content, is owned by Backsmart Health Chiropractic, its licensors, or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms of Use will be governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless another law must apply. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the courts located in Georgia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
